Refund Policy

1. Overview
Our refund policy applies to all products and services purchased through the Auto Solution Hub app or via www.tpcreconcars.com.my.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • A payment was made in error (e.g., duplicate transactions).
  • A service was not rendered due to a cancellation by Taiping Premier Cars Sdn Bhd.
  • A technical issue prevented the completion of a paid service.

 

3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Services that have already been fulfilled.
  • Customer-initiated cancellations within less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
  • Any fees incurred by third-party service providers.

 

4. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at taipingpremiercars@gmail.com within 7 days of the transaction. Include the following:

  • Full name
  • Contact details
  • Transaction reference number
  • Reason for refund request

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the stated timeframe:

  • Check with your bank or credit card provider.
  • Contact us for follow-up assistance.

 

6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and app.
